Safari 2022

It was such a perfect and superb experience! The parking and entrance went seamless. All the employees were friendly and out of their way helpful, especially when it came to the ADA accommodations for my mom. They extended the ADA accommodations to the entire family, allowing her to have an all inclusive experience!! The proximity to the animals was surprising and authentic. San Diego Safari Park leaves other parks in the dust!

Disappointing.

Unfortunately after wandering the park for hours to view a lot of birds, we saw two miserable tigers wandering around, three gorillas sleeping peacefully in the distance and no lions because they were trying to acclimate them to their new surroundings. We had to pay an xtra $20 per person to avoid the endless line (well worth it, i might add). What my 10 year old kid liked the most: the petting zoo. The “adventure” looks much better on your TV ads.

Overall the service is good. Just not that much animals as what shows on website. Take too long for waiting the food with not too much visitors.

San Diego Zoo Safari Park was great! Viator was horrible! Terrible experience. As another reviewer put it: “Absolute trash! Scammers! They say free cancellation at first and then when you cancel they charge you 100% cancellation fee which was mentioned absolutely nowhere on their site! Never seen such robbery before!!!”

The Safari Park is an amazing place. What a wonderful service they do for the animals and what a delightful surrounding for the tourists. The sign post directions were a bit confusing but there were wonderful volunteers eager to help. We had a full day and we plan to return to explore more closely. Great day . . . splendid.

I took about 40 minutes to get in. It was my first time and a date. Because i ordered tickets to the san Diego safari park on here. The tickets had a letter and wouldnt let me in. I had to talk to multiple people and hand over my phone to get in. Next time ill go and just buy tickets over there. :(

Tickets don’t work
David_L
, Jun 2022
First I bought tickets on Viator and they said they would scan at the front but they didn’t work and now I am in the process of getting a refund which will take at least a month or two. How can you sell tickets that don’t work with the company.
